The Wicked Shall Cease

From the book of Job we read, “Or as an hidden untimely birth I had not been; as infants which never saw light. There the wicked cease from troubling; and there the weary be at rest. There the prisoners rest together; they hear not the voice of the oppressor” Job 3:16-18.

In other words, the writer is expressing that the wicked or wicked people will always be in our lives. I’m not saying that we should join them because we cannot beat them. We instead however, should find ways to live around them.

Psalm 7:11 God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
