Help Wanted

It is almost impossible to visit the business district of any city or town without noticing a help wanted or hiring sign in the window of a building. Some people want to work full time, some for a month or two, while others don’t want to work at all. Regardless of the mentality of the potential employees, positions are available everywhere.

The Lord is constantly seeking applicants for some of the best positions available. All positions offered by the Lord are tied to everlasting life. Whatever position we fill according to his will that is performed correctly, prepares us for a retirement package that is second to none.

Matthew 9:36-38 But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.
