Boosting Our Immune System

The human immune system is a complex network of cell products, and cell-forming tissues that protects the body from pathogens and other foreign substances. It oversees the destruction of infected and malignant cells, and removes cellular debris. This complex system includes the thymus, spleen, lymph nodes, lymph tissue, stem cells, white blood cells, and antibodies.

To boost our immune system, we need to be evaluated to determine our areas of deficiency. This is generally done through bloodwork. In most cases, this is not an overnight process, it may take some time to build a strong immune system.

In comparison to a Christian, building ones spiritual system can be accomplished in a much shorter time frame. Hebrew 11:1 says, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”. This scriptural passage states that the moment we assume faith our spiritual immune system is strengthened. We don’t have to wait another second, minute or hour. We are strengthened right away! Boost your spiritual immune system today so that you can withstand the wiles of the devil.
