Why

Why is argumentatively the biggest and most used three letter word in the English language. It is used when a person’s understanding has been exhausted. Whenever we can no longer make sense of something, why, is the supportive crutch that we use.

Christians try to reframe from approaching the throne of God with this three letter one word question for God. All of us have a dozen or more why questions that we would love for God to answer.

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? That is to say, My God, my God, why hast thouforsaken me?

Jesus, while on the cross, had a why question for God during his crucifixion. God did not answer him on the cross but he proved that he was listening in the grave. Jesus walked out of the grave with all powers given unto him.

I promise you this day that God is listening. He may not answer you today, but joy cometh in the morning with a brand new testimony!

Halleluiah!
