The Most Memorable Dinner!

Over 2000 years ago a dinner was hosted by a Son for twelve of his friends. He told them where to set the dinner up and how to prepare it. Sitting with his friends, he broke the news that one of them was going to betray him. The dinner was etched in history as the Last Supper.

Although the next couple of days was nothing like his friends expected, the rest of their lives were filled with excitement. Jesus had left a legacy behind after telling them the short story of lifelong challenges to come.

Matthew 26:27-29. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.

There are new cups and new wine waiting for all of us to gather around the welcome table at our Father’s kingdom!
