Ever wondered why some people seems to have an abundance of gifts and talents? James provides some helpful insights to solidify this claim.

James 3:15-16. “This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

Wisdom that creates envy and strife is earthly and devilish. But wisdom from above creates divine attributes with purposes. It begins in the purest form and is transitions into peace, gentleness, mercy, and without hypocrisy.

And finally, peace is sown into peace. God has a tendency of adding to the passions that already exists within us.
