Hump Day

Today is the middle of the work week for those employed. Often time we will hear them say, “If I can just make it pass hump day, it’s all downhill from here.” While this statement holds true for today, it starts over next week. It would be nice if we could make it to a certain point in our lives and know that it is smooth sailing from that point.

This life will never guarantee us a one-time hump day and smooth sailing from there on experience. However, we all will experience a final hump day to determine if our infinite eternal days will be smooth or tormenting through the halls of death.

Romans 5:20-21. Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

The hump in your day is sin. Keep passing over it!
