What Is It?

For years people have been engaging in this process. They have done it in practically every language. People do it consciously and subconsciously. Sometimes people smile when they do it other times they cry while doing it.

The thing that I am referring to is defined as, a spiritual communion, a formula or sequence of words, that is expected at any given time. In case you haven’t figured it out yet, I am referring to PRAYER.

We have heard clichés like, “prayer is the key but faith unlocks the door” or “prayer can move mountains”. All of these are good but the one I like best is the one that Jesus used.

Luke 18: And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
